Desislava Avdzhieva is an entrepreneur, owner and manager of advertising agency Alternative Advertising, which has been on the Bulgarian market for more than 11 years. The main tasks of the agency are connected to the brand communication strategies, creative concepts and event management.
The agency is a member of the Bulgarian Convention Bureau, which promotes Bulgaria as destination for international events.
Desislava Avdzhieva is a PR by profession. Part of her practical Projects are: PR of the Spanish antivirus company Panda Security; PR under the operational program of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food; PR for the political office of Marin Raykov; PR of the largest historical park in the world.
Desislava is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – Selena, and also is developing in the field of consulting women entrepreneurs. She was the host of the show "Successful Women in Bulgaria". In 2018 she organized "The first business retreat for women in Bulgaria". In 2018 she was a leader and participant in the organization of the Women's Entrepreneur Day in Bulgaria. In 2019 Desi was leading project manager of the Women's Entrepreneur Day in Bulgaria.
In 2020 she will be one of the trainers in the Event Managment class at the first event academy in Bulgaria - My event academy.
