Ani Hira is a lady with 20 years of experience in various Bulgarian and International organizations, but most valuable to her is the knowledge she gained in Hewlett-Packard, where she learnt what it means to manage a successful team in a corporate environment. It came naturally to her to join the consultancy business and to contribute to the human talent development, using her experience, knowledge and skills to support the individuals’ potential, which she believes is directly related to team and organizational success. At present she is the Owner of HUGAH BG, where she works to build an environment and workplace culture based on trust, transparency and respect for the importance of each unit a part of the whole.
